More Than This

I lost two of my good cancer friends just in the past month. I just wanted to say I love you Tyler, and I love you Brandon. You are still my heroes and will be forever and always! I can feel you in my heart everyday. ♥  You are amazing!
God be with you 'till we meet again! ♥

Long Awaited Update...

Hey everybody! I'm so sorry that this has been like... FOREVER since I actually wrote something worth while. School has just been takin over my life pretty much. I have a lot of stuff that I have to catch up on. Most of these pictures are just me and my best friends and some things I've been doing. Nothing too important happened. I passed the 3 month mark for being cancer free :) I'm really happy about that! I'm getting my permit on Tuesday. It's spring break this week and I'm so excited. I'm not doing anything but I really needed a break from school and DRAMA especially...

I had to give a talk  in seminary for "Conference in General". I shared my experience about meeting with Jeffrey R. Holland. :)

Hmm.. Let's think about what else I've done these past few months... Oh! I am now able to ride my bike!

So that's exciting! And my hair is getting soo long! 

I'm just gonna keep on living my life! :)

A True Friend

What is a true friend? Is it someone who says they are there for you no matter what? Is it someone who listens to your problems, or is it someone who is simply just nice to you?
My definition of a true friend is someone who not only says they will be there, but really means it and actually is. Someone who not only listens to your problems, but helps you with them. True friends are the kind of people we need more of in this world. I've never had so many fake friends in my life. Or friends that hurt me. For some reason I think people think since I'm "so strong" from going through what I went through that things don't hurt me and that it's OK to hurt me. But I'm just like any other person on this earth. I have feelings just like everybody else.
I guess my main point to this blog is that some moments really test yourself and your friends and you see who your real and true friends are.
I've had a few moments like that this past month.
Just be careful what you say and do. The littlest thing can hurt someone in many ways...
And to some people it will go down deep and cause things like depression or even suicide.
I don't take suicide lightly. I just cannot wrap my head around it. I spent almost a whole year FIGHTING to keep my life and in just a few moments someone chooses to take their life...
I lost a friend to suicide last month.
It was hard on everyone. Not only did it affect his family and friends... It affected the whole community!
I don't have much else to say other than suicide is never the answer. There will ALWAYS be someone there you can talk to. There is a solution to every problem.
If anyone ever needs someone to talk to, please, do it! Find someone, a true friend, to talk to.
I'm so thankful for all the people who have been with me since day one and never left or disappointed me! They mean everything to me!
Sorry about this long post; guess I jus needed to "vent" :)

School

Hey everybody. I haven't updated my blog lately because I have been so busy with school I totally forgot about my blog... My mom told me i should probably update. So im in school right now on my iPad. And I downloaded the Blogger app so I will try and post as much as possible!
High school is great. I love it! Nothing too exciting has happened. My hair is growing back so fast! I'm too scared to quit wearing my wig. Im not ready, just yet... But I'm getting there :)
I go in for scans again next Tuesday.
I'm going to the hunger games with Megan and Britley(my besties) on the 23rd and I'm so excited!!!! I'll write later. I'm gonna lose wifi!

Happy New Year everybody. :)
It's officially 2012!
Around this time last year was when my knee started to feel worse and worse. Near the end of this month was when I saw an orthopedic surgeon and got my MRI.
Now, I'm pushing the physical therapy as much as possible. I thought that P.T. would make my knee hurt more than it usually does and that I would have to take medicine to stop the pain, but P.T. actually makes my knee feel much better.
I actually went to Temple Square with Jaden and his family on Sunday and I walked around just fine. I'm starting to walk better than I used to. I walk a little faster everyday.

New years eve and new years day were both really good days! Me and Jaden went to dinner with my family at Maddox on New years eve. Jaden had NEVER been! I thought that was crazy. ;) Anyways.. we had Olivia sitting in her carseat on this holder thingy and this cute chinese lady walked up and was talking to her and saying "Oh she so cute!" and stuff. Jaden didn't know the lady worked there and he thought she was just some random lady. Hahaha. It was pretty funny. We had a good laugh.

All in all, this year has started out really good and I have a feeling it will just get better and better. :)
